Hello Robert, Greetings from InkThemes, To download the latest version of ColorWay theme, First, visit your members area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member and download the latest version of the theme. Next, extract the zip file of the theme and rename that folder like theme_name to theme_name_new, Again, you would need to create a zip file of that renamed folder (say: theme_name_new.zip), Now, upload the theme to your WordPress from Dashboard->Appearance->Themes->Add New, Then, activate your theme, This way you can install and activate the latest version in your site, keeping the copy of your older version on your WordPress Hope you find it helpful, Do let me know if you need further assistance. Hi again Whilst I haven't had any success with the unzipping and zipping with a different name I think that the "active resources" I have are the old theme ones. As the colorwaydocs.pdf is all about the old one. How do I get the new one into "active resources"?

HEY NO! What you gave me is the Colorway free version!! The one you already offer for free. I am a paid customer - I paid for FULL developer Colorway rights and Lifetime license. What you give me is a limited version that has no editing option, no license codes and that is not what I needed. I could have downloaded this FREE version form your sales page any day! This is wrong. Now it is asking me for a license key. what is the key..??

And you want to use the different version of colorway which is fully different from the previous one but you can use it for free. But if you want to use the paid template of new colorway theme then you will need to purchase the paid version of an Advanced colorway theme as it uses Colorway Sites plugin to import the paid templates which are paid. Hi! I think I have a similar problem. What you're saying is that even if you have a lifetime subscription to the Colorway theme, you have to buy the new one? I have been rebuilding an old site (built with paid version) for a while but now, since updating, it seems like I'm working on the free theme, with a lot of limitations. Among my installed themes I have ColorWay Pro Responsive Theme (kept some changes), Colorway 3.8.9 and 3.8.4 (the one I'm working on). When I activated 3.8.9 it went back to the old site, all new items and customizations lost. And I don't know about the Colorway Sites plugin, if you don't want to build a new site, just doing changes and updates to an existing one...?

That is deceiving to say the less. Why you Call it Colorway theme if you planned to charge again? And why you sold to us Lifetime COLORWAY licenses and you are asking us to Pay again for what we already paid lifetime licenses?? This is wrong and you are leaving a lotof your loyal customers stuck with an Old bad looking theme.. Called Colorway. I should post about this on all my social media accounts and let everyone know about it, because based on what you said.. I can clrearly state that InkThemes Doesn't Honor its treats and deals. In fact buying a lifetime license for InkThemes turns out to be completely worthless..

So, If you want to use that ColorWay variant which I have mentioned in the video then you just need to install the colorway.3.8.8.zip file on your WordPress.
