I never see answers to these threads so I know the typical solution. I have the same problem, but no indication of possible causes.
Are you sure that you are all following the correct procedure for this? You may already found the answer to this but here's my way of doing it: 1. Expired listings should appear as draft listings. 2. The OWNER of the listing has to first use their own dashboard to 'renew' the expired listing. 3. Only then can the administrator edit the listing which now appears in the 'pending area' to 'Published' - I normally use the quick edit facility to do this on multiple listings. Thats the way I have always done it and is as far as I know the only way to do it!
