Where does the data go to when a user hits send on your Contact Us form?

How do we get to that data?

It seems to have started working. I uninstalled the contact us form and re-installed it. The Subject just says [PHP Snippets]
Is there a way to setup a meaningful Subject?

 

Go to Settings > General > E-mail Address

and put your email address in text box on which you want to receive contact form details.

 

Have tried 3 different email addresses. Still does not work.
