My site mysteriously came upon this error below. It is received after clicking on Appearance and Theme Options. This is preventing me from being able to change the banner. I reviewed the email it speaks of and the following error is provided. I can't make heads or tails of it. Any input? I am on PHP7.2 and tried other versions to no avail.
