Colorway Site has lost front page functionality

    Hello,

    I updated wordpress today and it seems that my colorway has lost slider and other functionality. Please walk me through an update and fix.

    Hello! Had the same problem and downgraded Wordpress to 5.5.3 using Plugin "WP downgrade". Worked.
    But I am waiting for a theme update/fix. Regards, Gerd
    P.S. Of course downgrading could damage the website, too. I backuped the site/database before.

    Thanks for sharing the details with us.

    As I checked with the email address we have found one account with Username: mayang Name: Myrna Belgado Email: myrna_belgado@yahoo.com

    This account has an active subscription of the theme however the support access and theme update are expired.

    So in order to activate the support and update the theme the account needs to be renewed.

    For renewal please refer to the below link and select the $45 option:

    Once the renewal amount will be paid just let us know we will update the theme as well as resolve the issue for you.
