After login - Welcome page redirect?

I am sure this has been brought up before, however after a quick simple search I have not seem to be able to find the previous question.
I was wondering if it would be at all possible to send everyone who login, to a custom Welcome page, opposed to have it just re-lay to either wp-admin if admin or the homepage. This is great and all, I was wondering if there is a code floating around the ol' Inkthemes office for a simple login re-direction.
