3-Column Feature Area/Icons Not Working or Showing Up

Hello!
I had the 3-Column Area all set and it was working when I first purchased the theme, but now there is just white space where the 3-Column area should be. Can I please have assistance with fixing this problem?

1. Please provide us your website url as well as the screenshot where you facing the problem.

OR

2. Download a fresh copy of latest theme from members area and upload it to your website.
That will resolve your issue.
