new form on frontpage

Hello,

I need to change the fields in your form "Feedback" on the frontpage.
I only want to have there three field
1. First Name
2. Name
3. Email Adress
Send Button

How can I change the form?
And where do i put in the information, on which email the form sent the retreived informations from the clients?

Can I change the Text on the Button in "Absenden"? And can I change the button color (in pink)?

If you need to change the Feedback Form on the homepage then you need to visit http://www.formget.com/ and there you need to "Sign In or Create an account".
After login in you can build your own custom contact form. After creating a form, it will generate an iframe code in "embed" option. That iframe code you can paste in your homepage sidebar option.
