original page template code

so I'm really new to html and don't know where I goofed, but now when I go to "preview" button as I'm editing pages I get this reply

I'm not sure what I've done, but I think I accidentally erased something from the pages template code for page.php.

Does anyone have the original code?

Download the theme again from your members area and replace it with the previous one it will solve your problem. And your "Theme Option" panel data will not be deleted.
