I downloaded and installed the updated version as per your instructions but now I get an Input error on the form and I still cannot add any fields...
I have re-added the Lead Capture Form to the web site.
The Custom Leads Form on my site was working fine one day now the only thing that will appear is the Captcha Field and I can't add anything else...
