"ığüşçö" characters not supported?

    hello yegesh, the theme (geo v2) is working on localhost, in the turkish version of the wordpress 4.0. but i have a problem with turkish characters like "ışğüçö" they are not suported.

    where can i find this tag in the theme? <meta charset="utf-8">
