★ I am having Trouble with uploading the theme onto my wordpress 4.0

I had purchase the Guardian One Page and I am having trouble uploading the theme onto my wordpress 4.0 - I watched your videos and followed the directions but every time I try to upload the theme, wordpress directs me to another page that says "Failure - Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again"

Please advise - thank you.

 

This error message appear when Wordpress is unable to copy your theme files.

To solve this problem, just set permission (chmod) your "themes" folder to 755 and reupload the theme pack. Or you can upload theme via FTP.

 

hello. I just bought the Guardian theme and I need to know where to find it in order to upload it. Any help please?

 

I don't understand. Where can I find chmod file?

 

You can do this with your hosting control panel under File manager section.
If you can't find this section, please contact your hosting provider for help.

 

Hi again. My hosting provider has done his part. Now I uploaded the theme again , but I don't find the pictures from the demo. Any suggestions?

 

Please help me . I uploaded the theme but now the option" theme builder" dissapeared in the apperance tab, and instead there is only the page builder
