2 "Blogs" for one website?

Hi there,

my website is infituated.com. I want to have two different blog feeds (if possible) one that would show "FIT Recipes" and another for "FIT Workouts." However, by selecting the blog template for both pages/menu items, it pulls the same material.

Is there a way I could have two different "blogs" for each page. If so, how do I do that? If not, what would be the next option?

ALSO
How can I create a submenu? IE If a user were to hover over the "About inFITuated" menu item in the navigation, the "Contact Me" option would drop down...
