Hi Nitin, I checked with my hosting company and they replied the following: On our shared/reseller services we do not have the ability to whitelist IP addresses. Whitelisting IP's would allow those sources to circumvent our security measures and if something were to happen, such as the machine to become infected or taken over, there would not be anything in place to stop any malicious activity from being stopped. We did check the firewall and the IP 182.74.72.186 is currently not being blocked. I can give you access to a private proxy if needed
