404 error while selecting categories from homepage

I am getting a 404 error, when we click on the categories from the home page. I am using the default video categories plugin. Kindly comply with you SLA's

when I click on a category called hana its pointing to http://162.243.37.150/?cat=19 this should be http://162.243.37.150/?video_cat=hana (this is the link I get when I preview my categories from the dashboard).
