A Client with no e-mail confirmation

In this morning I sent my affiliate link to my client.

After this He bought a WordPressTemplate but until now he didn't received any e-mail to access his client area.

His e-mail is: [email protected]

Please. Keep in touch with him and me to solve this issue.

First of all I want to thank you for your atention.

Well, The problem persists.

I noticed that he is not receiving the e-mail sent by the boton "GET PASSWORD" in Lost Password Area.

He placed his e-mail once and his user login in the other time, but he is not receiving an e-mail from this place in any form.

He received your e-mail this morning, but he doesn't remember the password. So when he do the process to get back his password, he just doesn't receive any e-mail to regenerate his password.

I can see this problem too because he sent me his login and password of his webmail ... and I confirmed this issue.

Some time mail system don't work. But we have regenerated and sent password again.
