Accounty Pro theme: translate "Read more" button and "Comments are closed" text

    Hello, I tried with loco translate and searching through php files but I didn't find it.

    Instead of "Read more" ih Homepage features I need text "Više" and for text "Comments are closed" when I click on "Read More" I need to dissapear.
