Add a Link to "Send Your Message"

Hello, I want to redirect user to a thank you page once they fill out the lead capture form

How can I do this?

When individual fills out form box, and press "Give me The ebook", I would like them re-directed to, http://www.aaastarrclean.com/thank-you/
