I am really very frustrated with the functionality of this theme. Two weeks ago, support told me to download and install the new v 1.8.1 package to solve a new listing registration issue. I did, and that created another problem with the same process, for which support sent me a php file to upload (see thread at http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/create-listing-registration-errors.9835/#post-36362) The new file solved that problem, but now my entire submit and purchase listing process is totally screwed. Refer to GrandStrandBride.com 1) When creating my business listing as I were a customer, the upload images function fails, even though these test images are far below the file size limited (attached screenshot06). 2) I continue to the "review listing" page just to see if per chance the images will show, and not only do they not, but my email address, business name, and web site address do not display either (screenshot08). 3) I go ahead and consummate the sale--might as well see just how messed up the process is, right? So I make the payment via Pay pal. As the site admin, I get all the correct emails: IPN, payment verification, new user, etc. As the customer, however, all I get is the Pay Pal payment receipt--no emails from my site confirming the listing, the user I created, etc. So I go into the admin dashboard to approve the listing, and I see that not only do the photos and the other information listed above do not show, but the listing author has been attributed to an existing user, not the one I created before submitting my listing, (screeshots 09 and 11). I cannot express to you how much these continued problems are costing me every day. I have not been able to solicit any new listings for three months because of errors like this. You guys have got to get this right this time, or I have to move on. PLEASE HELP!

Re: attached screen shot: I am still having problems with the PREVIEW LISTING function/page. I have gone though the process of adding and purchasing a new listing in multiple browsers and continue to get the same result. This is a big problem if new users cannot review their listing information exactly as they input it when they added their listing info.
Hello, Finally Geocraft theme update released (version 1.8.2) with changes listed above. Please download theme from your members area. Use child theme while updating theme. Now you can also add files from subdirectory in the child theme. Just keep file path correct. For example: If you have done some editing in the "front_end_path.php" (geocrafttheme\library\text_domains\front_end_path.php). Hello Tob, If you are already using child theme then just update your parent theme. I have specially posted about child theme because after this update (1.8.2). You can also put your customized sub directory files too. Check video too. Please do let me know if you found any problem with latest theme. There are problems with this new theme. I installed a new, clean version it at easternshorebride.com.
