Add another Feature Columns

I would like my webpsite to have four Feature Columns (images and descriptions). Is is possible?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.

If this isn't something you're able to do then contact with the freelancer for this.

The code of feature column area is present in front-page.php file you can modify it from there.
