Add descriptive paragraph on Contact page

How do I add a paragraph above the Contact form you have provided in this theme?

"For more information -- on our service for brides, hotels and resorts, partnership opportunities for wedding planners or photographers -- please submit your question along with your contact information and we will get back to you within 48 hours."

Also, is there a way to require them to leave a phone number as well as an email?
