Add Google+ Icon with Other Social Icons

    How can I add the G+ icon? I dont' need all of the other ones so maybe I can swap that out if you can tell me where to change the image and name in the code?

    I'd prefer it if I can do it via custom CSS so it doesn't get lost when the theme updates.
