add hero images to sub-pages

hi,

i'm trying to 1) add hero images to some of my sub-pages in an effort to create service pages like these...

• https://www.legalzoom.com/business/business-formation/inc-overview.html

none of the HTML/CSS i've tried has worked. the image always stops at 100%. please see attached screenshot.

i'd also like to 2) position the H1 page title on top of the image (so there is no padding/margin between the breadcrumbs and the hero image)
