Add image below tap-to-call phone option (upper right)

I need to add a wide and very narrow image (500px by 36px) below the tap-to-call phone option (upper right) and above the nav bar for my client. (The image -- of text -- is attached for reference as well as another image showing its placement.) How can I do this?

The text-as-image is perfectly placed and looks quite nice on a desktop. Thank you for this.

HOWEVER...
...when viewing the site on mobile devices, I have some real concerns:

• With an Android (Samsung) mobile phone, this text-as-image remains too large and does not reduce in size proportionally like other images. In addition, it's wreaking havoc with the visual presentation on the smaller screen, causing other components (text as well as imags) to reduce much more than is necessary.
• With an Apple device (an iPod 5s), the text-as-image seems not to reduce at all and is visible only when swiping the screen to the left.
• On a Kindle HD Fire, in landscape mode it looks good. In portrait mode, it's problematic. The top of the site becomes jumbled with content on top of content on top of images (the sliders). And again, the text-as-image that you placed for me is off-screen and visible only when swiping the screen to the left.

Is there anything more that can be done?
