Add Listing - Categories

In Add Listing, how do I make the Categories box bigger and how do I get the categories to be listed alphabetically? Alphabetical categories when adding a listing is imperative!

 

Go to the
geocrafttheme\library\front_end \ listing_submit_form.php
And edit it as shown in image.




2) Categories are already in alphabetical order.

 

Categories are NOT in alphabetical order and need to be. See attached pic.

I already had that plugin installed. I changed the order of categories in Taxonomy Order but when I click Update nothing happens. I tried setting Auto-Sort to OFF but it makes no difference.
