Have you set and saved your permalinks Steven as the button link doesn't have a page id number to go to? It defaults to the home page because of this. In the IDE go to settings > Permalinks Hope this helps.

Set and saved ofcourse, but the problem persists. I do notice that custom structure setting does not allow saving where all others do. Dashboard credentials at our mail id sent.

Steven, We have resolved your issue from your site:http://genesis2church.eu/ by installing a fresh copy of the theme, You are not supposed to delete the default pages comes with the theme, as there are some page templates assigned on them, you can rename the title, or if you don't want to show any of them, then just create your custom menu which doesn't contain any of them. Hope you understand. Regarding your other sites, we are still unable to open them, please let us know if your host provider resolved the issue, so that we can check the functionality of the theme there. Thanks Priyanka, just checked in to this thread now. My provider proposes that this could be a security thing on their side. In order to resolve it they require the IP address of the computer/location from where your developers login. If they have that, they can resolve it. I hope you can give the IP address for me to forward. Best wishes, Steven
