Add listing on top bar goes nowhere!

The top bar "add listing" goes no where? I hovered the link and there is no page number on the link just domain.com/?page_id=

I set the permalinks to "post" and not the default. Is that the problem. I had the same issue on the "Post Your Business listing at $26.00" so I added the add listing link on the editor and it works. Should I left it the same as the add listing on the top bar?
