Add phone number to Contact form

1. I'd like to add a phone number field to the contact form on the homepage

Three rows:
1 - Name
2 - Phone | Email (seperate boxes)
3 - Message

2. Also I'd like to have the contact form on all pages. If I need to use a plugin like Contact 7, how do I get that form on the homepage?

You can try using Contact form 7 in the footer widget area of the theme.

1. How do I remove the built in contact form?
2. Is there a way to control the number of widget columns? So I can have a larger contact form 7 area?

Hello,

1) You can simply remove the contact page template while editing the contact page from WordPress dashboard.

2) It seems you want to use the page with full width, you can simply apply the Full-Width page template there.
