Add Phone & Opening times to right of Logo

I have moved my Logo to above the Menu.
I then added contact phone & opening times to the logo.
This has made the Logo too wide for the mobile view.
Is it possible to add Phone & Opening times to the far right hand side of the Logo (Not attached to the logo)

I have noticed that the menu has gone back up to the top !!
I originally had it sitting underneath the Logo (which the client prefers)

this is the code I entered to change the position of the Logo

.header .logo img {
max-width: 960px;
height: auto;

}

I am using a child theme

After talking to my client we ask if the following is possible.

I have changed the Logo back to the original one as the adjusted one with the opening times was too small on the main website though it looked OK on the mobile theme.
I have also deleted all of my css except one (I have kept them all in a text doc incl your changes)

I have made another logo with the Opening times and telephone number. (uploaded in the media area)
Is it possible to have this logo showing on the far right hand side of the website level with the main Logo?
Also can a Search button be incorprated in this area as well ??
We are hoping that this will sit better on the mobile view.

Another request (sorry about all these changes) can the menu be positioned just above the slider and not at the top.
This would also place the Logo above the menu

Really appreciate your help in this - you all do a great job in dealing with all of our many and varied requests...

I will also be still working on the sie - hope this is OK
I also noticed that the theme had gone back to the parent theme
I had it active for the child theme
I presume this was because the IT guys were working on it
