Add Social Media Icons to Header

How can I achieve this, I would like to add them to the top right of the page, in line with the logo. Thank you.

I would like to recommend you to use Easy Social Icons plugin.
You can easily configure and use this plugin in your header section( i.e header.php ).

I got that plugin, seems perfect for adding the icons to a widgeted area, but any suggestions for the header would be appreciated.
