Add Text of Image to Top Bar

Hi. How do I add text or image to top bar, opposite contact number? Screen shot imaged attached.

Make paragraph or div in header.php file as shown below in screenshot.

Code:

<p class="top_message">Type Your Text Here or Add Image Here</p>

Apply Some CSS on it.

Code:

.top_message{
float: left;
padding-top: 14px;
margin-left: 25px;
}

That will resolve your issue.

You can change to font size by apply CSS code as following.

font-size: desired size;
}

Where do I put it? I applied it to the Custom CSS within the Styling Options tab, but it made no change there. (I tried several different font sizes, 4, 12, 18, etc.)
I did it like this...

.top_message{
font-size:18;
}
