Adding a Link to a Bottom Feature Heading

Hi, I'm new here, and I'm trying to figure out how to link the "Why Hire a Professional" bottom feature heading to it's own page.

I am not a Pro, but I assume you can solve your problem by simply adding this line to your featured area:

<a href="http://www.yourtargetsite.com/">Why Hire a Professional</a>
