Adding an email link to header

I am using the colorway template, my website in question is www.thedancebox.net. In the top right corner on the home page there is a place for phone number and then the address. I would also like to add an email link in the header (if you look at the page, you will see where I would like it to go). I am using the following info on the theme options page home page top address and the link is live, but it gives me and customers an error when they try to send an email. Have I coded this wrong, or is there a different place where I should put the code for it to work? It starts up an email, but when we click send, we get an error. The form on the contact page works perfectly. Thanks for any advice you can offer me.

Also, I would like to put a live link to my website in the footer...where do I do this?
