I need to add a Call to Action (CTA) button to my header on www.thriveresumes.com, ideally right under the phone number at the top right. I'd like it to appear on the home page as well as all the other pages including the blog page. I have the button code: [wpi_designer_button id=777 = http://thriveresumes.com/free-quote/] and theme editor, I just need to know where I can add the code. (I can add it to each page manually if necessary but I'm not sure how to get that positioning. And if it was possible to add it to the theme, that would be great.) Thanks in advance for your help.
