Adding Lead Page

    Hi,

    I would like to create a page where it just has the lead form on it. People are reading through my pages and posts so i would like to put in an anchor text link they can click and have them go straight to the form. Is there a way I can do that with the lead form just being on a page by itself?

    Also, how to I add a page without it going to the menu bar automatically?

    Hi,

    First create a page that you want to make for lead form.

    Then send us your website wordpress login details at [email protected].
