Adding more boxes to the form

Is it possible to change the form on the front page for the leads capture? I want to add a few more boxes and change around how they are laid out. Is there a way to do this without editing the .php file? And if I have to do that, how do I do that?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.
