Adding Social Media Icons to Header

I've got it working for the most part, but I want to add social media icons to the header (aligned right). The twist is that I want them to be responsive...so when viewed on a desktop or ipad, they are aligned right, but when viewed on a mobile device, the icons are centered below the logo. Can you help me with this?

Adding social icon at the header require lot of customization. You can use "floating social media" plugin. It will fulfill your requirements.

thanks. I was able to get the social media icons to work in the header & get them to center. I have a few more questions, but I will open up separate tickets for them.
