Adding text to blog

I want to add text at the top of the blog, under advertisement.
How to do it?

Hi,

I've checked your screenshot and it seems you want to display text area on blog page only.

That's possible only through source code customization. We can do it for you. We will add a field in options panel to configure that area for your blog page template.
