Adding text to upload page and confirmation/email

Hello,
I would like to do the following 3 things. Please instinct me if you can:

1-Underneath where it says Video Upload (when you hit add video button), I would like to add a few lines of text.
2-In the grey box, image attached, I would like to change that text
3-Onec a video is accepted and put on the site, an email is sent out. I would like to change the text in that email.
