Is there a way to have multiple Categories and/or Listing Categories? What we need is a way to have listing Categories for 'business type' (which link to GEO sliders in the theme) One 'set' of Listing Category : Business Type -Accounting -Photography -Web Design We need a second 'set' of Categories or Listing Categories for Business Location -Australia -UK -USA Plus these need to have sub menu/child listings/categories -Australia - - Queensland - - South Australia - - Victoria etc We want to have multiple Listing / Categories so that when we setup our 'Search Widget' we can seperate Business Types from Business Locations , and also have sub-cats for locations. How can we do this? Thank you.
Seems like a lot of work for yourself to add locations through categories with lost of repitition, the address/location is obviously designed for geographical sorting... You could manually create a widget(perhaps via a menu) with locality adding a search string to the end of your url Code: http://www.yourdomain.com/search/?sfrom=&location=new+zealand
thanks spoonboy90 - your suggestion would work technically but I don't want to have to update it manually everytime. Any suggestions support?
