How can I as an administrator renew a basic listing for another business? I have several businesses that don't have anyone capable of doing this themselves (technophobes) so I need to do it for them or lose them. I usually don't have their password and they don't remember it, so I'm looking for an easy way to do this for them when logged in as an admin --- or worst case, will go into the database and manually change field values... that is if you can tell me what has to be changed.
