Advance Field - Telephine Number

    Dear Support,
    I have added a telephone number field, had this before, but somehow i may have deleted it. a new one

    I have created new one, but this is not showing on front end, button clicked, also when this filed is populated it does not save the telephone number

    Can you help resolve
