I have not found instructions on how to use “Advertising Banner Setting“ (Header Banner, Video page Banner).

Paste the following code in both Header Banner Section and Video Page Banner Section(Appearance -> Theme Options -> Advertising Banner Setting)
of your dashboard.

Code:

2. In what place shows video page banner?

1). The optimal dimension of header banner is 468 x 60 pixels (i.e width is 468 px and height is 60 px).
2). Video page banner will display on the single page of the video.
3). Yes, you can use the youtube embed code in the video page banner section, but there is a problem of height and width of the video page banner, it will only display the 468 x 60 pixels of area of that video.
