All Videos Display Order

Hi
I currently have two categories for my videos, Business Coaching and On-Camera Coaching. On my homepage and All Videos pages the video thumbnails are displaying in chronological order by Category. The Business Coaching category is displaying first (I assume due to alphabetical order). However, I would like the On-Camera Coaching videos to appear first. How can I do that?

I also would like to add a heading for each category. Is that possible??

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that with our theme unless you custom code something up. Sorry.
Or you can call a freelancer for it.
