Am Building Site I do not want It Public

Hello Support and Members ,

I don not want my site public while under construction.I looked for the index button in wp /geo theme dashboard but not able to locate.

Can you please direct ?

I ask this question to support and reply was something along the line that the Home Button was the index.Not sure what this means.

Two ways you can do it, from WPress admin area, go to settings/reading and tick the radio button, Search Engine Visibility /Discourage search engines from indexing this site and click save. Remember to untick or your site will not get indexed with search engines.Then also add the WPress plugin Maintenance Mode and it will stop your site appearing when viewed until you deactivate it, just get a message Site Maintenance Mode.
