    Hello!

On the RoadFighter theme with this site now at www.Dubuquey.org (previously on a development subdomain), InkThemes had previously added an image below the tap-to-call button. It worked perfectly until earlier this evening ... then, I noticed just now, it disappeared. What happened? Please help/revise/revert to previous working order.

I'm sorry, but I'm unable to give you the link to that thread. I get this: "An unexpected database error occurred. Please try again later."

InkThemes continues to have same user access (as admin). Previously: http://demo77.digitalwordpower.com/.

However, now the URL is: www.DubuqueY.org

Please let me know if you need other info or if you have questions about this.

    Thanks for your help.

    Glory

QUESTION: What happens when I need to upgrade RoadFighter to a newer version? Will I lose this change again?

    Greetings!

This is a follow-up to a recent support request. This issue was somehow (still) connected to the subdomain that it was originally created on.

It has, since, been resolved, when I contacted my hosting service after my recent (within the past hour?) support request to you.

HOWEVER, FOR MY CLIENT, I need this to not occur in the future. The new domain (www.dubuquey.org) needs to function on its own, not be reliant on content -- or errors or issues -- from the original subdomain that it was created on.

This was the message I received for the subdomain development site: demo77.digitalwordpower.com:

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It's fixed now ... and the image that had disappeared is back. But, as I mentioned before, I need this to not happen again.

Thanks for your help. I appreciate InkThemes support staff so much!

    Glory

    Hi Glory,

    Hope you are doing good.

Sorry to know that all this happened. Thank god, everything is on track now.:)

As you might have understood, this was not a theme issue. It was some error from your host provider.

As you asked question about upgradation to the new version. Let me inform you that you won't lose this change. Just create a backup of your theme before installing the new version. To help you in easy reference, we are providing you a video tutorial which will help you the best. Please follow the video link given below: -

Note:- This video is made for a different theme, but the installation procedure is same for any theme.

Hope it will resolve your issue

    Thanks & Regards!
