RE: Elite Pro Responsive theme When using a word with an apostrophe (example: dog's) in the Appearance > Homepage Settings >Homepage Content area box, the text that displays on the home page under slider replaces the apostrophe with the "\" symbol (see below). Any idea how to address this? We have created a comprehensive, interactive and resourceful learning platform to educate you...your dog\'s master. This does not happen in any other area of the website.
This issue maybe because of plugin (if installed). So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin.
Disabled all plug-ins and cleared browser cache but still experienced the same problem. For the time being, we reworded the text to not require an apostrophe. As stated earlier, this only happens with the text entered into the Appearance > Homepage Settings >Homepage Content area. Blog posts that use apostrophe's appear correctly. Thank you.
FYI: You also see the same problem if you add a word with an apostrophe in the Appearance > Footer Settings >Footer text box.

Nitesh, Thank you for replying. After reviewing the text in the home page and footer, we decided to just rewrite without using an apostrophe. I did notice that someone else is reporting the exact same issue in your Infoway theme. Thread: Apostrophe's.... April 9, 2013...
