Appointment Form

Is there a way to use the appointment form but not have it integrated with paypal?

So, the person can schedule and appointment with our company, but then we collect payment when they come in?

For this follow process given below.

Install plugin,
Go to the Appointments > Settings > Payment settings
And set payment mode to "Pay cash later".

I have a question, I installed the contact form but I don't get the border image just the text fields with a transparent background? I want it to look pretty like in the your demo?

 

For some reason the background image on the contact form is not showing? Any idea's about how to fix that? The contact form is there but with no background?

 

So I was playing around and I activated my old theme Blackbird, then I hit live preview on Appointway and there way the background for the contact form. So its fixed now, thank you! Looks great!

 

Okay guys, so I got the background to work but for some reason the email field is highlighted by a red border? Its nice if they forget but not to just have it displayed when they haven't filled it out?

 

BTW, if you need to see what I am talking about, you can see it on my website at www.DrPageRank.com, notice that in the contact form "email" is highlighted with a red circle???
