I'm seeing a lot of conversation about the Appointway scheduler plugin. The problems are significant. 1. You get overlapping bookings if clients select different services at the same time, despite inserting a "1" in the maximum appointments field. It seems like the maximum appointment only refer to the specific service. Not good for solo service providers. 2. There is no way to "black out" appointments made within an hour of the scheduled appointment. So, someone could schedule their appointment five minutes before they show up. Again, not good for solo service providers. A client should not be able to book an appointment for the same day (or it should be an admin setting). 3. There's no indication on the drop-down calendar when appointments are not available. The visitor must attempt different dates and times to get it right. That's an unfriendly user experience. Why not use a red font for unavailable time slots and dates? I'm also looking at Appointly and other products, but I really don't want to do that because I like the look of the Appointway plugin. Question: are these three issues going to be resolved? If not, please let me know so I can find another solution. If so, when will they be addressed? I appreciate the new delete option for bookings. That's great. I hate to be a pain, but I've got a client who is getting frustrated with me. Thanks!
