Appointments to Schedule

I'm building a website for a wellness center. There are several therapists offering a variety of services. I would like to streamline the process of booking for the receptionist so the appointment csv integrates automatically into a calendar / schedule program. I'm thinking to do this with google calendar unless someone knows of a better way to do this.
